Términos de Servicio

Bienvenido a OIM Ecosystem. Los siguientes términos y condiciones de servicio (en adelante, "Términos") regulan el acceso y uso de OIM Studio, el backend de procesamiento de metadatos, y el reproductor de imágenes interactivas OIM/OVM (conjuntamente denominados "el Servicio"). Al registrarte o utilizar el Servicio, aceptas cumplir y quedar obligado por estos Términos.

1. Uso Autorizado y Cuentas

Para acceder a ciertas funciones avanzadas del Servicio (como la compilación de video OVM o el uso de claves de API), debes crear una cuenta. Te comprometes a proporcionar información precisa y a mantener la seguridad de tus credenciales de cuenta y claves de API de Supabase. El Servicio no debe ser utilizado para actividades maliciosas, intentos de ingeniería inversa de las firmas criptográficas o distribución de contenido ilegal a través de metadatos interactivos. Tu sesión se mantiene mediante una cookie estrictamente necesaria compartida entre los dominios propios de OIM (ver nuestra Política de Privacidad para más detalles).

2. Propiedad Intelectual y Licencias

Tus Diseños y Archivos OIM: Eres el propietario exclusivo de todos los archivos .oim, .ovm y metadatos que diseñes y compiles utilizando el Servicio. OIM no reclama derechos de propiedad intelectual sobre el contenido generado por el usuario.
Código del Reproductor: El código fuente de oim-player y el SDK del motor están sujetos a licencias privativas y de propiedad industrial de OIM. Está estrictamente prohibido alterar o eliminar los avisos de autoría o las marcas de metadatos insertadas en las imágenes de producción sin una licencia comercial Pro o Enterprise activa.

3. Límites de Servicio y Suscripciones

El uso del Servicio está limitado según las especificaciones del plan de suscripción contratado (Free, Pro, Enterprise). Nos reservamos el derecho de limitar temporal o permanentemente el ancho de banda, las peticiones a la API o el procesamiento de imágenes en el backend en caso de abuso sistemático o falta de pago en la renovación del servicio.

4. Firma Criptográfica y Responsabilidad

OIM proporciona metadatos interactivos firmados mediante criptografía ECDSA para validar el autor original de los contenidos. Aunque el Servicio certifica criptográficamente el origen del archivo, OIM no es responsable de la exactitud, veracidad o legalidad del contenido que nuestros usuarios decidan incrustar o enlazar en sus slots interactivos. El usuario es el único responsable de la legalidad de los datos que publica.

Sellado irreversible (immutable lock): El Servicio te permite marcar un documento OIM/OVM como "Finalizado" (immutable_lock), lo que impide de forma permanente cualquier reedición futura de ese documento, incluso por ti como autor original. Esta es una acción deliberada e irreversible: una vez sellado, ni tú ni OIM podemos revertirla, editarlo de nuevo bajo el mismo identificador, ni restaurar una versión anterior. Úsala solo cuando estés seguro de que el contenido es definitivo.

5. Limitación de Responsabilidad

EL SERVICIO SE PROPORCIONA "TAL CUAL" Y "SEGÚN DISPONIBILIDAD". OIM NO OFRECE GARANTÍAS DE NINGÚN TIPO, EXPRESAS O IMPLÍCITAS, DE QUE EL SERVICIO SEA ININTERRUMPIDO O LIBRE DE ERRORES. EN NINGÚN CASO OIM SERÁ RESPONSABLE POR DAÑOS INDIRECTOS, PÉRDIDA DE BENEFICIOS O INTERRUPCIÓN DEL NEGOCIO DERIVADOS DEL USO O IMPOSIBILIDAD DE USO DEL SERVICIO.

6. Modificaciones de los Términos

Nos reservamos el derecho de modificar estos Términos en cualquier momento. Notificaremos cualquier cambio sustancial publicando los Términos actualizados en https://oim.media/terms.html. El uso continuo del Servicio tras la publicación de los cambios constituye tu aceptación de los mismos.

Welcome to OIM Ecosystem. The following terms and conditions of service (hereinafter, "Terms") govern your access to and use of OIM Studio, the metadata processing backend, and the interactive OIM/OVM media player (collectively referred to as "the Service"). By registering or using the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Authorized Use & Accounts

To access certain advanced features of the Service (such as OVM video compilation or using API keys), you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account credentials and Supabase API keys. The Service must not be used for malicious activities, reverse-engineering of cryptographic signatures, or distribution of illegal content via interactive metadata. Your session is kept alive via a strictly necessary cookie shared across OIM-owned domains (see our Privacy Policy for details).

2. Intellectual Property & Licenses

Your Designs & OIM Files: You are the exclusive owner of all .oim and .ovm files, and any metadata you design and compile using the Service. OIM claims no intellectual property rights over user-generated content.
Player Code: The source code of oim-player and the engine SDK are subject to proprietary and industrial property licenses of OIM. Modifying or removing authorship signatures or metadata branding injected in production images is strictly prohibited without an active Pro or Enterprise commercial license.

3. Service Boundaries & Subscription Plans

Use of the Service is capped according to your active subscription plan (Free, Pro, Enterprise). We reserve the right to limit bandwidth, API requests, or image processing quotas on the backend in case of systematic abuse or unpaid subscription balances.

4. Cryptographic Signatures & Publisher Liability

OIM provides interactive metadata signed with ECDSA cryptography to validate the original content author. While the Service verifies the cryptographical origin of the files, OIM is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or nature of the content users decide to embed or link in their interactive slots. The user is solely responsible for the legality of the published content.

Irreversible sealing (immutable lock): The Service lets you mark an OIM/OVM document as "Finalized" (immutable_lock), which permanently prevents any future re-editing of that document, even by you as the original author. This is a deliberate, irreversible action: once sealed, neither you nor OIM can revert it, edit it again under the same identifier, or restore a previous version. Use it only when you are certain the content is final.

5. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". OIM OFFERS NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. IN NO EVENT SHALL OIM BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE SERVICE.

6. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms at https://oim.media/terms.html. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
